De Expressive E Osmose 49 CE is een MPE MIDI controller die je spel direct omzet in een expressieve performance. Het 49-toetsen keyboard reageert per toets op druk, beweging en aanraking, waardoor je elke noot afzonderlijk kunt buigen, vibrato kunt toevoegen of de klank kunt vormen met natuurlijke gebaren. Je gebruikt onder andere Tap, Press, Pitch Bend, Vibrato, Shake, Strum en Expressive Note-Off om software-instrumenten realistischer en dynamischer te bespelen. Naast MPE werkt de Osmose CE ook als traditioneel MIDI-keyboard en als DAW-controller.
Met de meegeleverde Ctrl-e software krijg je toegang tot meer dan 900 MPE-geoptimaliseerde presets van Expressive E en bekende ontwikkelaars zoals AAS, GForce, Kilohearts, Synapse Audio, Dawesome en Vital. De presets zijn direct gekoppeld aan de mogelijkheden van het keyboard, zodat je zonder complexe instellingen aan de slag kunt. Dankzij de MPE Arpeggiator, Press Glide, de 4,3 inch kleurendisplay en de native integratie met Ableton Live, Cubase, Bitwig en Logic Pro is de Osmose 49 CE geschikt voor zowel studioproducties als live optredens.
