NitorLACK N920730 is a black water-based pore filler specifically designed for leveling open-pore woods such as mahogany, ash, and rosewood. This filler perfectly prepares the wood surface for further finishing with nitro-, polyurethane-, water-based, or shellac lacquers. Its deep black color makes it particularly suitable for dark instrument finishes or as a contrast to tinted stains.
The pore filler is easy to apply, dries quickly, won't shrink or crack, and is highly sandable. It's non-toxic, solvent-free, and non-flammable, making it safe to use in any workspace. The consistency is adjustable with a 1:2 ratio of filler to water, and excess product is easily removed. After drying, a smooth surface is created, ready for a professional varnish finish. Ideal for instrument makers and restorers who strive for a perfectly even finish.
