NitorLACK N167063108 is a high-quality dual-coat polyurethane lacquer in the color Desert Sand , a light, beige-like shade with a subtle reddish-yellow undertone. Originally used by General Motors for their first Cadillacs, this color also became popular with Fender in the late 1950s, especially on models such as the Musicmaster , Duo-Sonic and various lap steel guitars . The color exudes a warm, vintage look that perfectly complements classic guitar finishes.
This varnish is part of the NitorPOL line and offers professional performance such as fast drying, excellent scratch resistance, and high opacity. The finish optimally protects wood against discoloration and damage. The mixing ratio is 2:1 with hardener ref. 100144. For optimal application, a 10% dilution with Nitorlack solvent is recommended.
