The MXR M225 Sub Machine combines classic fuzz tones with a powerful sub-octave for extra fullness and growl. Based on the popular La Machine, this version adds a switchable octave for even more bass and impact. A serial switch allows you to position the octave before or after the fuzz, giving you additional creative control over your tone.
The tone control helps you shape the sound from dull and dark to bright and cutting. Thanks to true bypass, your original signal remains unaffected when the pedal is turned off. The M225 is fully analog and supports two simultaneous effects. It runs on a 9V battery or a DC 9V adapter.
