The Kala Scout Acoustic-Electric U•BASS® is a stylish and powerful bass ukulele that excels in both tone and comfort. This compact bass is crafted entirely from mahogany and finished with a satin lacquer for a warm, natural feel. The Venetian cutaway and cream binding add an elegant touch, while the short 529mm scale length allows for a smooth playing experience with surprisingly deep and punchy bass tones.
Equipped with an active U•BASS® EQ system and Aquila Thunderblack® strings, the Scout delivers impressive tone both acoustically and amplified. An adjustable truss rod lets you fine-tune the action to your preference, while the rosewood fingerboard and bridge contribute to both playing comfort and tonal quality. The included padded gig bag makes this model an excellent choice for travel, stage, or studio use.
