Description
The Fender 0990216921 is an original replacement neck for the iconic 50s Esquire, the predecessor to the Telecaster and Fender's very first solid-body electric guitar. Crafted at Fender's factory in Ensenada, Mexico, this neck captures the classic Fender aesthetic and feel. Featuring an early 1950s "U" profile, the neck offers a secure feel and an authentic vintage feel. The one-piece maple construction features a 7.25" radius and 21 narrow-tall frets, perfect for traditional playing comfort and chord work.
The neck features a satin urethane finish on the back for smooth playability, and a gloss headstock with the original "Esquire" decal provides a true '50s look. The pre-mounted bone nut has alignment grooves for easy string routing during finishing. This neck is ideal for anyone building or restoring an Esquire or Telecaster with true Fender authenticity and vintage character. Suitable for Fender® and Squier® guitars, with adjustments required for a perfect fit.
