The 14-fret Royall SPD14/DSB Spider Resonator is designed for guitarists seeking that signature sharp, penetrating resonator tone. Its spider cone design delivers a nasal, bright sound ideal for bluegrass or slide guitar. The 14-fret neck provides easier access to the higher frets, making this guitar versatile for both rhythm and melodic playing. The mahogany body and neck deliver a warm resonance, while the handspun 10.5" aluminum cone delivers projection and definition.
The 46mm nut width accommodates both fingerpicking and bottleneck playing. The active two-way truss rod helps you always perfectly adjust the neck. This resonator is delivered ready to play from the Royall workshop and is fitted with D'Addario 013-056 strings. The Wilkinson tuners provide stability, and the included lightweight foam case makes transport easy and safe. An ideal resonator for anyone looking for a reliable, characterful guitar for stage or studio use.
