The TAD 7025WA High Grade (RT095-HG) is a super low-noise and ultra-low microphonic version of the 12AX7 , specially selected for critical V1 gain stages in high-gain guitar amplifiers . This tube meets both 7025 and SPAX7® specifications, making it exceptionally suitable for sensitive amplifier sections.
With a balanced tone and a slight midrange emphasis , the 7025WA High Grade offers a clear and dynamic response , with tight and defined lows . This makes it perfect not only for modern and vintage guitar amplifiers , but also for sensitive phono preamps , where it adds extra musical clarity and presence .
The TAD 7025-WA High Grade is a direct replacement for ECC83, E83CC, ECC803S, 12AX7, 12AX7A, 12AX7M, SPAX7®, 12AX7WA/WB/WC/LPS/EH, 5751, 7025, CV492 and CV4004 .
