The TAD VMC47 Mustard is a 0.047 µF capacitor in a classic Film-to-Foil aluminum/polyethylene design, inspired by the Mullard/Philips designs of the 1960s. Originally used in legendary British tube amplifiers, this capacitor is also ideal for use in guitar and bass tone controls.
The 0.047 µF value is a popular choice for Fender Stratocaster and Telecaster models, as well as various Fender basses. The tone is warm, open, and clear, with an authentic vintage character. Perfect for restorations, upgrades, or building a classic-sounding tone circuit.
