Korg KROSS 88, Music Workstation with 88 weighted keys

The Korg KROSS 88 is a versatile music workstation for musicians who want to combine the feel of a digital piano with the features of a synthesizer. The NH keyboard features 88 weighted keys with a natural hammer action. The lower keys feel heavier than the higher ones, giving you more control over the dynamics of your piano playing. The EDS-i sound engine offers an extensive collection of acoustic and electronic instruments, from concert and electric pianos to strings, brass, and modern synthesizer sounds. Despite its full piano keyboard, the instrument weighs only 12.4 kg, making it easy to take to performances and rehearsals.

The KROSS 88 provides a variety of tools for arranging music and developing your own playing style. The 16-track MIDI sequencer allows you to record multiple instrument parts separately, while the step sequencer and arpeggiator let you add rhythmic patterns. The Favorites function lets you store 64 frequently used sounds and settings that can be quickly recalled during a performance. You can also connect and record vocals or other sound sources using the integrated stereo audio recorder. The KROSS 88 runs on a power adapter or six AA batteries and features USB-MIDI for use with music software. This allows you to use the instrument either on its own or as part of a larger studio setup.
