NitorLACK N260794108 is a premium nitrocellulose lacquer in the rare color Blue Ice Metallic, packaged in a 500ml spray-on can. This exclusive color was sporadically used by Fender in the 1960s on models like the Telecaster, Jazzmaster, and some Stratocasters. Blue Ice Metallic is a bright icy blue that develops a greenish tinge over time due to the natural yellowing of nitrocellulose. This aging effect can be instantly replicated with an amber clearcoat.
This lacquer is specially formulated for use with painting equipment and offers maximum control and coverage for those seeking professional results. The formula is based on original Fender and Gibson colors from the 1950s and 1960s and provides an authentic vintage look. By thinning the lacquer with NitorLACK Solvent Medium or Solvent Retard, you can adjust the viscosity to your working conditions and prevent undesirable effects such as bubbling or hazing.
