The NitorLACK N250765160 Faded Sonic Blue nitrocellulose lacquer is a lighter, distressed version of the classic Sonic Blue color originally used on the 1956 Cadillac. Fender introduced this shade as a custom color between 1960 and 1972. This version is less saturated and exudes a subtly weathered character, similar to how a vintage guitar looks after decades of use.
This lacquer is ideal for those who want to create an authentic, timeless Fender look without professional spray equipment. The user-friendly spray can makes it easy to achieve a smooth finish. Combining this color with a clear coat enhances the depth and provides long-lasting protection.

- Ukulele: 2 cans of clear lacquer
- Extra coat of paint: 1–2 extra cans
- Application tips:
- Shake well (2–5 min.) before use.
- Apply thin layers at a distance of approximately 20 cm
- Apply primer and sand with 400 grit
- Sand layers in between, drying time: 12–24 hours
- Process at low humidity in a well-ventilated area.
