Ibanez TOD10N TKF Tim Henson Signature electro-acoustic guitar Transparent Black Flat

The Ibanez TOD10N TKF is the signature guitar of Tim Henson, guitarist of Polyphia. This model combines the warm sound of nylon strings with the playability of an electric guitar. The compact FRH body features a solid Sitka spruce top and sapele back and sides. Thanks to the shallow body and C-shaped nyatoh neck, the guitar is comfortable to play. The rosewood fretboard has 22 frets, a 400 mm radius, and a 46 mm nut width, making fast melodies and complex chords easy to play. The striking Tree of Death fretboard inlay, gold tuners, and Transparent Black Flat finish give the TOD10N its distinctive look.

The TOD10N TKF is equipped with a Fishman S-Core pickup and an Ibanez AEQ210TF preamp with a built-in tuner. This amplifies the natural sound of the nylon strings and allows you to easily adjust the highs and lows. The phase switch helps reduce unwanted feedback during performances. The special FRH body has no traditional front soundhole, but rather a side sound port. This allows you to hear the acoustic sound more directly while playing and makes the guitar less prone to feedback when amplified. The fan bracing supports the natural resonance of the nylon strings. With its combination of acoustic tone, modern playability, and built-in electronics, this Ibanez is suitable for fingerstyle, modern guitar techniques, and live performances.
