The Sire V6 5/BSB is a versatile and modern 5-string active bass guitar with a distinctive Butterscotch Blonde finish. This J-style bass from the V6 series is built with a mahogany body and a solid ash top, delivering a deep, balanced tone with plenty of definition. The sandblasted finish subtly enhances the wood grain and gives the instrument a luxurious and natural feel, while its light weight ensures comfortable playing during long sessions.
The bass features the Marcus Super-J Revolution pickup set and the powerful Marcus Heritage-3 active preamp with 3-band EQ (no mid-sweep) and push/pull function for passive mode. The hard maple neck with EDGELESS™ fingerboard edges offers smooth playability across the full range of five strings. Paired with DR Dragon Skin+ premium strings, the V6 5/BSB is ready for any musical challenge, from studio to stage.
