Description
The Fender 0990422920 is a genuine left-handed replacement Stratocaster neck, crafted from roasted maple in Fender's Ensenada factory in Mexico. This neck offers the perfect balance of modern playability and classic looks, with a comfortable "Flat Oval" profile, a shallow 12-inch fingerboard radius, and 22 jumbo frets for fast runs and effortless bending. The all-maple construction produces a bright, direct tone with plenty of sustain, while the rich, roasted finish provides added stability against climate changes.
The satin urethane finish on the back of the neck facilitates quick hand movements, while the beveled fingerboard edges provide a comfortable, played-in feel. The gloss headstock finish adds an elegant finishing touch. This neck is designed for use on Fender® or Squier® guitars, although modifications such as nut or fretwork and a precise fit to the body may be necessary. A synthetic bone nut and a modern truss rod with headstock access complete this neck for left-handed players who don't want to compromise on quality.
