The Seymour Duncan SM01811 TB-6 Distortion Trembucker is a high-output humbucker designed for guitarists who require heavy, aggressive tones without sacrificing definition or clarity. Thanks to the combination of a massive ceramic magnet and hot-wound coils, this pickup delivers brutal power with tight lows and screaming high harmonics. The rich upper mids provide extra presence for both crunch rhythms and blazing solos, ideal for modern rock and metal styles.
This Trembucker-spaced version is perfectly suited for bridge positions with tremolo or Floyd Rose systems. With a DCR of 17.4kHz, the TB-6 offers serious output, and the 4-wire connection cable allows for a variety of wiring options, including coil splitting. Handcrafted in Santa Barbara, California, and featuring wax potting to prevent unwanted feedback, this pickup is a reliable choice for stage and studio use.
