Description
The Vox AC15 HW X is a Hand-Wired tube combo developed around the classic 1960s Vox sound. The tube configuration consists of four ECC83, 12AX7 tubes, one ECC81, 12AT7, two EL84 power tubes, and a GZ34 rectifier. The 12-inch, 16-ohm Celestion Alnico Blue speaker delivers the clear and dynamic character for which classic Vox amplifiers are known.
The modified power supply circuit is designed to accurately reproduce the compression and sag of vintage tube amplifiers. A specially developed output transformer and the construction of the cabinet support a full midrange and natural response. You also get a high-quality spring reverb and an effects loop for your pedals. The speaker cable is easily detachable, allowing you to easily connect an attenuator.
