Description
Description
The Ibanez AS73 TCD from the Artcore series is a semi-acoustic electric guitar with a classic look and a warm, full sound. The semi-hollow body is made of basswood and features two characteristic F-holes. This allows the guitar to combine the resonance of a hollow body with the control of an electric guitar. The glued-in nyatoh neck provides a solid connection to the body and contributes to the sustain. The rosewood fretboard with 22 medium frets and acrylic block inlays offers a comfortable playing experience. Thanks to the Transparent Cherry Red finish, the cream binding, and the chrome hardware, the AS73 TCD has a distinctive vintage look.
The Ibanez AS73 TCD is equipped with two Classic Elite humbuckers with ceramic magnets. These pickups deliver a warm, full sound with clear midrange tones and plenty of power for both clean and overdriven sounds. The three-way selector switch allows you to choose between the neck and bridge pickups or use both pickups simultaneously. Thanks to the individual volume and tone controls, you can precisely adjust the sound of each pickup. The Gibraltar Performer bridge supports good sustain and tuning stability, while the Quik Change III tailpiece makes changing strings easier. This makes this Ibanez a versatile choice for guitarists playing jazz, blues, soul, pop, or rock.
