The Sire V3+ 5/BKS Marcus Miller 2nd Gen is a powerful and versatile 5-string bass guitar in a stylish Black Satin finish. Sire developed this bass in collaboration with Marcus Miller to make professional quality accessible to every bassist. The Indonesian mahogany body produces a full, warm tone with plenty of clarity, while the Canadian hard maple neck guarantees a stable and comfortable playing experience. The beveled fingerboard edges offer additional playing comfort normally found only on custom instruments.
This bass is equipped with the Marcus Heritage 3 preamp and a set of Marcus Standard J Revolution pickups. With active and passive switching and a three-band EQ including midrange control, you can easily switch between various tones and styles. The high-quality finish, reliable hardware, and elegant design make this bass an excellent choice for both rehearsal spaces and large stages.
